About Tracey Lavoll
Tracey Lavoll is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida with over ten years of experience in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. Before joining the Keller Williams team, she ran her own boutique brokerage in Jupiter, specializing in real estate investments and residential sales. Tracey has a background in education with Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Polytechnic School and a California Teaching Credential. She was an educator in the California public education system for seven years, while attending graduate school at San Jose State University.
As a trainer and coach at Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches, Tracey combines two of her passions in life: Real Estate & Education. She believes in education as the foundation for all successful endeavors in life, and has since continued her own education within the real estate industry.
Tracey is a graduate of the Keller Williams Train the Presenter Course, holds an Instructor Certificate for Keller Williams South Florida Region, and developed & implemented the FAST START Training Program. She taught the FAST START Training Program for four years, helping new agents get their start in the industry. She is also a graduate of the BOLD program, the Realtor Institute (GRI) with the National Association of Realtors and the Leadership Academy at JTHS Board of Realtors. In addition, she holds a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, a REO Default Certified Professional (RDCPro) designation and is an ePro certificate holder. Tracey has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) since 2014, and has been a multi-million dollar producer since her first year in the business.
